This City Was Built By King Udaisingh who Was Save by His Nurse Panna when he was still an Infant.

This Place give us insight of our Glorious Heritage. The City Palace near Pichola Lake , half Palace has been Converted into Museum which enlighten us the history Mewad with Bravery & Glory of the Kings.There is Jag Mandir Palace in Center of Pichola lake which has been converted into a Hotel.You can go for boating and visiting the palace..

Monsoon Palace situated at top Of the Hill from there we can see the Whole city..It is a 3 storey Palace which was initially planned to Built 5 storey. It was Held due to Sudden Death Of King Sajjan Singh. This Palace is Known As Sajjan Garh Palace.It took 10 yers to Build this palace. It was Built to See Ancestral Home Chittorgarh. Surround it there is Sajjangrah Wildlife Sanctuary which is a home to Reptiles , Nilgai, Deer, hyneas, etc. There is a Concrete Wall both the sides of the Road to Preserve Wildlife. During Monsoon the view from The Monsoon Palace would be much Beautiful.

Besides this there is Chetak Smarak , Dooth Talai Musical Garden , Vintage Car Museum, Sahelio ki Bari which is an 18th century monument built for Princess which is near Fatahsagar Lake.

As we had visited during Diwali whole city was lit up with lights..
If you happen to be in Udaipur Do visit Chittorgarh which is around 60-70 km from Udaipur..It too has lots of Historic event from Padmavat to the rise of Udaipur city..

In Chittorgarh, there is Kirti Stambh besides Adinath Digamber Jain Temple, Vijay Stambh, Meera Temple, Ruins of Padmini Palace, Place Of Jauhar , Ruins Of Khumbha Palace,etc.

And after visiting Udaipur & Chittorgarh you will have the sense of Pride regarding the Glorious Heritage..

Medically, Meat & Egg Should be Stopped Right Now....

Soon After post a Blog on My views Against having Eggs as Food, few of my Close friends who have been Non Vegetarian stated they are having it due to its Nutritional Values. Some Who have known me too well Claimed that Your Religion does not allow so hence you are against it. Mind well, I have Nothing to do with Religion.

I Just want to Restore What Humanity Is All About...

Humanity Is no Just to Show Love & Compassion or being helpful to A human. It is to be shown towards All Species of Living.
It is About being Less Harmful towards other living animal. It is About feeling the pain you would feel being in their Place.it is about being as harmless as one can both emotional & Physically.

Because With time We all have become So Selfish that we don't think twice before hurt others.I don't understand you people, doesn't your pain thinking about the pain they go through because I just can't Imagine it..

Animals are meant for Animals to maintain the Ecosystem & Not Humans.

Otherwise even we would be called Animal & not Humans. This is for those who gave me reasons that it is an Ecosystem.

So Here I'm Giving you few Medical Reasons to Become HUMAN & becoming less Harmful both Physically & Emotionally...

1) Use of Antibiotics in Poultry Farming:

The Use of antibiotics in Poultry is used to prevent infection amongst the live stock. With the persistent use of antibiotics(most of them are of human use) the bacteria becomes resistant to it.Hence when there is any infection caused to us due to use of poultry Products, it becomes difficult to treat with our normal antibiotics.

2) Use of Hormone to increase weight of meat especially beef, pork,etc.

Yes, you heard it right there is use of hormone to increase weight of the animal before sending it to the slaughter house. More the weight of Animal , More they are paid. This hormones gets into our bodies & create hormonal disturance.

3) Use of Ractopamine to produce Lean Meat..

Lean meat is considered to have high protein & less of fats. So our smart business man use Ractopamine to the produce lean meat. Ractopamine  is/causes

                          -Beta Agonist drug

                          -Reduces Reproductive Fuctions

                          -Birth defects

                          -Bengin Tumor

                          -Changes Heart Rate & Cardiac Output

This drug has been banned in many countries. But its similar kind of drugs still used namely Clenbuterol & Zilpetarol which produces Adrenalin effect in humans.

4) Seafood:

Seafood it self has its allergy.. It Causes itching, hives, urticaria, nausea Vomiting,  Stomact Cramps, etc. This is caused due to toxins, bacteria & viruses present in it.

5) Unhygenic Animal Sheds & Cages:

The Shed & Cages are so dirty that there Large amount of Bacteria & Fungus all over. So you can image the diseases you are exposed to.

I just request the Doctors To think wisely before asking your patient to be fed on meat & Eggs.

Drive Carefully, Dogs do have Life & Feelings....

Today, I was driving through the area which is much familiar to since my infancy..Dogs Started barking & Following My car..

They Wanted to tear  tyres as someones car had crushed one of them. As I could see there where puppies around i assume there one of the puppy would have died..

Just imagine what would you do if someone killed your child or any family member i such a way..( God Forbids this..) Most of us must be fuming in anger & file a case against them.. What will this dogs do when someone killed their own member..The thing they remember is tyres & nothing else..

Please be careful while driving..
Do slow down if you see puppies around as they are still learning ..they don't Know the Danger they might face while loitering on the road.

If dogs come in groups thinking of tyres killing their loved once.. and you are in car slow down as they won't be able to hurt you..& Keep you Windows closed..On two wheeler blow a horn drive carfully in speed because there are chances of you getting hurt.. With the reason that the follow you kill them then there is no use of you to be Born as human who can think & understand...

Just drive vehicles Carefully , if they don't get hurt they will never ever run behind anyone..No one deserves to die in such a way..& Dogs are too sweet to be killed..

Be Compassionate toward all living..
Be Human..

Caution Cotton Seed Oil Users!!!!

Cotton Seed Oil has been Found Very Injurious to Health. There are 2 major points due to which I advice People to avoid Cotton Seed Oil.

1) Genetically Modified Cottonseed Used:
YES, because we grow Genetically Modified Cottonseed for growing cotton And its oil is a BY-PRODUCT. Genetically modification(GM)in food has been Found to be the cause of Gastrointestinal Disorders ,Various Allergies, Birth defects ,  Organ Damage & Neurological Disorders. 17 countries of European Union Have banned GM food. Lathyrism was Caused in Madhya Pradesh due to Kesri Dal(though it was not GM), which took long time to eradicate after its Ban.Do not forget we even have banned GM brinjal.

2) Causes Infertility:

Page No.286 in 13th Edition 

Gossypol - a derivative of Cotton Seed Oil is use to make  Male  Contraceptive Pill, which on constant use of 6 Months can produce permanent azoospermic. Here i have attached a picture from our text book of Preventive & Social Medicine written by K. Park. Though it is not widely used as pill but cotton seed has power to produce Azoosperma or oligosperma.

So in case you suffer from Cholesterol  do not use Cotton Seed Oil there are other various option Available .

And Yes, one of the My patient from Agricultural Department confirms it side effect.
